Refund policy

Shipping and delivery

PORTUGAL

Shipping costs will be covered by us, excluding import taxes / customs duties / other additional taxes. You will receive your ANTÓNIO within 4/6 days of order confirmation.

EUROPE

We will apply a flat delivery fee of €21.00 excluding import taxes / customs duties / other additional taxes. You will receive your ANTÓNIO within 8/12 days of order confirmation.

REST OF THE WORLD / OUTSIDE EUROPE

We will apply a flat delivery fee of €26.00 excluding import taxes / customs duties / other additional taxes. Shipping outside Europe can take up to 2 weeks after order confirmation.

Returns

To return or exchange items you have 14 days after payment. However, to be accepted, the item must be returned in good condition, including the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returned items.

*Return shipping is paid for by the customer.

The currency of our price list is in Euros, subject to Portuguese VAT rates.

Non-EU import taxes/customs duties/other additional taxes may be charged to the customer.
