Shipping and Delivery
The shipping costs will be covered by us excluding import taxes/custom duties/other additional taxes. You will receive your ANTÓNIO within 4/6 days. after the order is confirmed.
REST OF THE WORLD
We will apply a flat-rate delivery fee of 19€ excluding import taxes/custom duties/other additional taxes.
Shipments outside of EU can take from 1 to 2 weeks after order confirmation.
To return or exchange articles you have 14 days, after payment. However, to be accepted, the article must be returned in good conditions, including the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returned items.

Our pricelist’s currency is Euros subject to Portuguese VAT rates.

António’s bags have 2 years of warranty starting from the acquisition’s date, only valid for manufacturing defects.
● The warranty card must be signed/stamped by the authorized dealer/store and presented with the purchase’s receipt.
● The defective piece must be delivered to the nearest authorized dealer/store or sent to:

● The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, neglect and accidents like:
Exposure to sunlight or heaters;
Stains or colour transfer from clothing dye, beverages, food spills or inclement weather;
Contact with oils, perfumes and creams;
Exposure to chemical or products with alcohol;
Damage from pets;
Scratches, soiled spots or marks from regular use;
Lost or stolen item;
Damage from sharp objects;
Discolouration or dampness from storage;
The company will undertake to repair/replace the defective piece at its own discretion and its
decision as to the nature of the defects and applicability of this warranty, is final.
LEATHER INFORMATION AND PRODUCT CARE
We chose to use vegetable tanned leather in all our collection, a traditional, slow and non-toxic process using organic plant matter to cure and preserve the hide.
This method can bring colour and surface irregularities which we consider a sign of quality and authenticity.
All products made from natural leathers will age just like our skin.
This organic material is particularly challenging on the natural colour. It is vulnerable to light and touch because it is completely untreated, with no protective coating on its surface. Over time it tends to burnish with use, growing richer and darker in colouration, giving the product a unique identity. Once this bag is manufactured its colour is in constant change.
Do not overstuff your bag.
Avoid rubbing and scrubbing.
Protect from the direct sunlight.
Keep pets and sharp objects away from leather.
Do not place heaters close to leather (no closer than 30cm).
Remove all liquids and food spills immediately.
Avoid contact with oils, perfumes and creams.
keep your bag stored in a dry and clean place, ideally in the dust bag that came with your bag.
We collect and store information entered in the Website or that you provide to our Customer Service Department. For example, when you open an account or place an order, we collect and store some/all of the following provided information: name, shipping, address, email address, telephone number, credit card number and expiry date. This information is used for products/services delivery and orders/shipping processing.
